Communications

Cellular Data Modems

Connection of a cellular modem facilitates M2M remote access to the IntelliLogger via the cellular data network.

12″ Magnetic Mount Omni Antenna

Antenna, magnetic mount, 12″ tall, omnidirectional whip with 10′ of RG174 (0.1″ dia) coax cable. 5dB dual-band for 850 and 1900MHz. Requires 5″ dia min ground plane.

Cellular Data Modem Booster Amp

Antenna, magnetic mount, 12″ tall, omnidirectional whip with 10′ of RG174 (0.1″ dia) coax cable. 5dB dual-band for 850 and 1900MHz. Requires 5″ dia min ground plane.

Short Range WiFi Bridge

With this Bridge, the IntelliLogger can be quickly deployed on a WiFi network. Unit is provided with 120Vac power supply and surface mounting cradle bracket.

Modbus Options

Modbus Options Overview

Modbus RTU Master and Slave as well as Modbus TCP Server.

SCC-1 Serial Comm Converter

Converts IntelliLogger RS-232 port to RS-485 for Modbus RTU applications.

Power and Transducer Excitation

PSM-2 Sensor Excitation Power Supply

Step up power supply to provide cycled sensor excitation or 4-20mA loop power from batteries or nominal 12Vdc source.

120/240Vac 12Vdc Power Supply

Provides 12Vdc power for IntelliLogger operation.

Provides 24Vdc power for IntelliLogger operation. Additionally, applications using transducers (eg 4-20mA loop powered) that require nominal 24Vdc power can share this power supply for transducer power.

PSM-2-PP Sensor Excitation Power Supply

A stand-alone portable power supply including 6 D-Cell and the PSM in a small (4.8 x 8.8 x 2.9) package.

Protective Enclosures

Enc250 Enclosure

Smallest size enclosure (10.5″W x 14″H x 6.5″D). Typically used for housing an IntelliLogger and optionally one additional ILIM-x Channel Expansion Module and/or Cellular Modem.

Enc250 Wall/Surface Mounting Bracket

Wall/surface mounting bracket. Aluminum bracket mounts to the back of the Enc250 enclosure. Flanges project at the top and bottom of the enclosure with mounting holes for wall or other surface securement.

Enc300 Enclosure

Medium size enclosure (11.7″W x 20.4″H x 7.1″D ). Typically used for housing an IntelliLogger and optionally up to 3 or 4 additional ILIM-x Channel Expansion Modules. Alternatively, a mix of modules and ancillary equipment (Cell Modem, Power Supplies, battery pack, etc) fits well into the Enc300.

Enc300 Surface Mounting Bracket

Wall/surface mounting bracket. Aluminum bracket mounts to the back of the Enc300 enclosure. Flanges project at the top and bottom of the enclosure with mounting holes for wall or other surface securement.

Enc350 Enclosure

Largest enclosure (14.8″W x 25″H x 9.2″D ). Typically used for housing an IntelliLogger and optionally up to 5 additional ILIM-x Channel Expansion Modules or a mix of modules and/or ancillary data acquistion system components (cell modem, sensor power supplies, AGM batteries, charge controllers, etc).

Antenna Gland Fitting

Medium size sealing gland fitting fits 3/4″ diameter machined hole in the EncXXX enclosure. Fitting hole is sufficiently sized to pass TNC RF connector and yet compress to seal agains RG174 coax cable as provided on the Omni-Directional cellular antenna.

Ethernet Gland Fitting

Use of this gland fitting allows for connetion of hardwired Ethernet cable to an IntelliLogger housed within an EncXxx enclosure. Large size sealing gland fitting fits 7/8″ diameter machined hole in the EncXxx enclosure. Fitting hole is sufficiently sized to pass standard RJ45 Ethernet connector plug and yet compress to seal tight to the Cat5/6 standard Ethernet cable jacket.

D-Cell Battery Pack

The optional D-Cell battery pack can be installed in an EncXXX enclosure door and used to power the IntelliLogger for true off-grid stand-alone operation.
