Overview
The IntelliLogger instrument can be integrated into a lockable, weatherproof, protective enclosure along with instrumentation options. These enclosed systems serve to protect the IntelliLogger from the weather elements as well as provide tamperproof protection for plant floor or indoor installation.

Two semi-custom models of System Integration Packages are offered as the IL-250 and the IL-300 enclosures options.

Features Common to Both the IL-250 and the IL-300…

• Hardshell ABS construction with integral structural reinforcing ribs
• Dual door closing latches with lock
• Silicone gasketed door
• Sealing gland fittings for bottom wiring ingress/egress
• Wall mount hanger

IL-250 Features:

The IL-250 is the smaller enclosure option. It includes a slide-out mounting plate which allows for easy access to the wiring terminal strips on the IntelliLogger instrument.

The IL-250 measures approximately 10.5"w x 14"h x 6.5"d and has a wiring plate for gland type wiring egress fittings at the bottom.

Other IL-250 options include the following and many are shown in the IL-250 photo gallery:

• IL-20 with up to 3 additional ILIM-7 modules (depends on other options)
• IL-80 with up to 2 additional ILIM-7 modules (depends on other options)
• Heavy duty surface mounting hanger plate. Projects above and below enclosure
• Door mounted D-cell (6) battery pack
• Door-mounted PSM-2 Sensor Excitation power supply. The PSM-2 can provide programmable voltage excitation for sensor loops or excitation.
• Cellular modem for packet-switched communication via the cellular network and gland fitting equipped antenna
• Non-licensed Spread Spectrum radio for communication back to a base station radio on a LAN or at a PC location
• 802.11b/g WiFi bridge for wireless connectivity to a wireless access point on a LAN

IL-300 Features:

The IL-300 is a slightly larger enclosure with a corresponding larger array of options.
The IntelliLogger can be mounted into the IL-300 with a similar slide-out mounting plate as provided in the IL-250 model or alternatively it can be provided with a hinged flip-out access mounting plate under which one or two SRB-1 sealed rechargeable batteries can be mounted. The slide-out mounting uses less height within the enclosure allowing for a larger stack of BBus connected interface modules (e.g. the ILIM-7).

The IL-300 measures approximately 12’w x 18”h x 7”d and has a wiring plate for gland type wiring egress fittings at the bottom.

• IL-20 with up to 3 additional ILIM-7 modules (with slide-out mounting)
• IL-80 with up to 2 additional ILIM-7 modules (with slide-out mounting)
  
• IL-80 (in hinged mounting bracket with SRB-1 batteries beneath)
